Sentences handed down in county court

The following sentences were handed down by President Judge Maureen Skerda on Friday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Kevin S. Anderson, 36, to 14-28 months incarceration, $1,775 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and priority for drug and alcohol treatment at state prison on a count of conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) as well as 12 to 24 months incarceration and $100 in fees on a count of criminal use of a communications facility.

Roger L. Bonavita, 41, Warren, to $825 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, $4,623.62 in restitution to Choice Tobacco in addition to a no contact/no trespass order, one year probation, mental health treatment and 40 hours of community service on a count of theft by unlawful taking.

Dustin L. Cabisca, 38, Warren, two nine to 18 months incarceration in state prison, $550 in fines and fees, $200 in restitution, a no contact/no trespass order and priority for drug and alcohol treatment on a count of criminal trespass. At a second docket Cabisca was sentenced to 14-28 months incarceration with credit for 230 days time served, $1,050 in fines and fees, $13,869.33 in restitution on a count of criminal trespass as well as three months to one year incarceration on a count of theft by unlawful taking.

Brian E. Craker, 52, Warren, to one year probation, $1,250 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, a no contact/no trespass order and mental health treatment on a count of stalking.

Damian T. Horner, 52, Warren, to two years probation including 46 days incarceration with credit for 46 days time served to be followed by 44 days of house arrest, $2,575 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, restitution totaling $611.20, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 30 hours of community service, drug and alcohol treatment and an 18 month license suspension on a count of DUI as well as one year probation on a count of accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property and $70 for careless driving.

Hunter C. Houser, 28, Clarendon, to a six month sentence including 72 hours incarceration, $1,550 in fines and fees, a 12 month license suspension, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI as well as $70 for careless driving.

Meighan L. Johnston, 27, Warren, to one year probation, $1,000 in fines and fees, $998.06 in restitution, submission of a DNA sample, a no contact/no trespass order, 50 hours of community service, anger management and mental health evaluations and participation in the COG program on a count of simple assault.

Joseph R. Kuzminski, 37, Butler, Pa., to two years probation including 143 days incarceration with credit for 143 days time served to be followed by 97 days house arrest, $1,175 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, $1,500 in restitution, 50 hours of community service and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of theft by unlawful taking.

Lee L. Linville, 60, Youngsville, to $325 in fines and fees, continued medical treatment and a no contact/no trespass order on a count of disorderly conduct as well as $300 on a count of criminal trespass.

Sierrah M. Pearman, 22, Warren, to one year probation, $1,175 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, $200 in restitution, a no contact/no trespass order, mental health treatment, anger management programming and participation in the COG group on a count of simple assault. At a second docket, Pearman was sentenced to two years probation, $875 in fines and fees and 60 hours of community service as well as $70 on a count of criminal mischief.

Charles E. Phillips, 49, Russell, to five years probation including 53 days incarceration with credit for 53 days time served, 90 days house arrest with SCRAM monitoring and 320 days with electronic monitoring, $3,600 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI as well as $70 for careless driving.

Paul M. Smith, 20, Youngsville, to six months probation including 20 days incarceration with credit for 3 days time served followed by 10 days house arrest, $1,250 in fines and fees, a 12 month license suspension, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and continued drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI as well as $70 each on charge of driving on right side of roadway and careless driving.
