Corry man charged with rape, indecent assault
A Corry man faces slates of sex assault charges against two teen girls for conduct that allegedly occurred in 2022 in Columbus Twp.
Brent A. Fuller, 30, 125 Cottage Park Road, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 26. He waived his right to a preliminary hearing on both cases last week.
The incidents allegedly occurred during April 2022 and Sept. 2022 and the initial report came to law enforcement back in March.
Troopers received the first report on March 14.
During an interview, the victim, who was 14 years old at the time, told investigators that Fuller allegedly raped her when she was 14 in Sept. 2022, calling the conduct “disgusting.”
The victim said that Fuller “reportedly only stopped upon hearing movement inside the residence and subsequently walked outside to avoid being sighted.”
Fuller was charged with rape — forcible compulsion, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, three counts of aggravated indecent assault, two counts of indecent assault and corruption of minors.
The second report came to troopers on March 28.
A second victim allegedly reported an assault by Fuller when she was 16 years old in April 2022 at a Cottage Park Road residence.
Fuller was charged with two counts of aggravated indecent assault, two counts of indecent assault and corruption of minors.
Online court records indicate that Fuller has been behind bars since June 28 on $100,000 bail.
