Program shares display with Youngsville
Students in Warren Area Elementary Center’s Gifted program had an opportunity to show their hard work to the younger students at Youngsville Elementary this month.
In a rotation-style event, the Warren County School District’s Facebook page noted the students presented a variety of engaging projects, giving attendees the chance to explore and learn from each display.
The displays were of the following:
— Historical Figure Wax Museum: Students brought history to life by portraying iconic figures and shared fascinating facts.
— Character Graphing Project: Creativity and math met as students explained how they used data and graphs to draw characters.
— Rube Goldberg Project: Ingenious machines and contraptions demonstrated students’ engineering skills and their problem-solving abilities.
— Biography Project: Students were able to share their research and writing through biographies of famous historical figures.
“This interactive event was both educational and fun for everyone involved,” the district said.
