As Warren County School District gears up for the All-County Musical Jr., excitement is in the air. This year’s production, “The Addams Family: Young@Part,” promises a spooktacular experience for everyone involved.

In this fun and heartfelt stage musical, Wednesday Addams has fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a “normal” family — a secret she shares only with her father, Gomez. As the Addams family hosts a dinner for her boyfriend’s parents, secrets are revealed, and hilarity ensues, leading to a night that changes everything for the family.

Aspiring young actors, singers, and performers in grades 5 through 8 are invited to audition for a chance to bring this beloved, quirky family to life on stage.

Those auditions will be Monday and Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Warren Area High School. Information can be found on the WCSD Facebook page, including audition packets and music

Students across Warren County are encouraged to showcase their talents and join this exciting ensemble production.

The production will be led by a talented team of educators and directors, including Chelsea Burkett as Director, Parker Neal as Vocal Director, and Cecelia Peterson as Producer. Their combined expertise and passion for the arts ensure a memorable experience for every participant, from auditions to the final curtain call.
