WAHS robotics team qualifies for state competition, wins three awards

WAHS Robotics Team 52575C, “I Can’t Pronounce That!”, secured a spot at the Pennsylvania State Championship after a strong performance at the Harbor Creek Northwest PA Regional Tournament recently.
The team won three awards and ranked first in skills, earning both the Skills Award and Robot Skills Champion titles. Despite an undefeated 6-0-0 record, the team placed fourth overall in matches based on tiebreakers. But, the team’s performance earned it the Excellence Award, securing their bid to states.
The Pennsylvania State Championship is on March 3 at Clarion University, where the Warren Area High School team will compete against top teams from across the state.
Before states, Team 52575C competed Saturday in Dubois alongside other Warren Area High School and middle school teams [Insert Team Name Here] and DragoRex.
