Hall succeeds longtime CEO Karen S. Seggi, who is retiring after 35 years of dedicated service to the organization.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Gannon University and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
“I am extremely honored to join Second Harvest Food Bank,” Hall stated. “I look forward to building on the incredible framework Karen has developed over her years of service. My goal is to expand our reach and ensure we can serve more neighbors experiencing food insecurity throughout northwest Pennsylvania.”
The Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania is committed to providing food assistance to those in need across 11 counties in the region. Last year, the food bank distributed over 12.5 million pounds of food through a network of 384 partner organizations.
