The Zonta Club of Warren has announced the recipients of its 2025 Women Who Make a Difference awards, celebrating local women for their dedication to service and leadership in the community. This year’s honorees are Kassie Damcott, Lisa Card, and Kim Angove.

“Every year, Zonta chooses women who make a difference in our community,” the organization stated.

Each recipient is recognized for their efforts with an award, a yellow rose, and a $100 donation to a charity of their choice.

Kassie Damcott, president of the Children’s Advocacy Center, serves on the Jefferson DeFrees Family Center and CASA boards, and was instrumental in founding Woofington Dog Park. She also works for the City of Warren. Her donation will support the Young Mother’s Study Club.

Lisa Card has dedicated her career to supporting the community’s senior citizens and now serves as assistant to the director of the Warren County Visitors Bureau, where she shares her knowledge of Warren County’s history. Her donation will go to the Warren Cancer Center.
