Doris Brown

The daughter of the late Willis and Ida (Anderson) Wentworth, Doris was born on Nov. 9, 1943 in Pittsfield, Pa. She married Glenn Charles Brown on April 20, 1975; he preceded her in death on Oct. 2, 2016. Doris was a member of Saginaw Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed reading her Bible. Doris will be fondly remembered for being kindhearted and selfless. She cherished the time spent with her family and loved ones.

Surviving are her two brothers: Carl (Becky) Wentworth, George Wentworth; and brother-in-law: Ken Conklin. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Doris was preceded in death by four sisters: Sarah Conklin, Charlotte Storer Acker, Clara Mae Wentworth, and Wilma Wentworth.

Honoring Doris’ wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Saginaw Wesleyan Church, 2125 Shattuck Road, Saginaw, Michigan 48603.
