Debra Ann Gariepy

She was born Jan. 25, 1961, in Paris, France. She is the daughter of the late Ronald E. Irvine Sr. and Jeanette Irvine.

She was preceded in death by her brothers: Kerry Irvine and Ronald Irvine Jr.l sister ,Bonnie Tami; and stepdaughter, Amanda Glover.

Survivors include her husband and best friend of 47 years, Richard Gariepy; sister, Annette “Nickie” Ardizzone of Phoenix, Ariz.; stepson, Donald Gariepy of Landis, N.C.; and many nieces and nephews.

Debbie grew up in Warren, Pa., and graduated from Warren Area High School. She loved participating in Special Olympics and arts and crafts especially making quilts. Debbie enjoyed meeting new people, spending time with her friends and had a smile and laugh that was contagious. Her greatest two accomplishments were her ability to live on her own after she graduated and marrying her best friend and partner, Richie, on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 2019. Her smile and infectious personality will be greatly missed by all.

Hubert Funeral Home, Jamestown, N.Y., is assisting the family and a celebration of life with family and friends will be announced later.
