Margaret E. Lawson

Margaret was born on June 9, 1928, in Sugar Run, PA, the daughter of the late John M. Troutman and Mary C. Shaffer Troutman. She graduated high school and then worked as a supervisor at New Process Co. for 37 years from which she retired. She attended Warren Alliance Church and enjoyed reading, helping others, and visiting friends and family.

Margaret is survived by her son, Larry Ross and wife Melinda of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Deborah Messenger of Albion, PA; sons, Timothy Lawson of Dubois, PA, and James Lawson and companion Tina Roberts of Warren, PA; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; son-in-law, Mark Norton of Albion, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Margaret is preceded in death by her first husband, John F. Ross, second husband, William J. Lawson, whom she married on July 2, 1965; a daughter, Heidi Norton; a grandson, John A. Ross; brothers, H. Allen, Claude, James, and William Troutman; sisters, Bessie Campbell, Dora Malone, and Bonnie Burgason.

Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna Ave. E. Warren, PA, on Thursday, January 5, 2023, from 10:00am to 11:00am, at which time a funeral service will be held at 11:00am.
