William (Bill) L. Young

He was born in Franklin, PA on Aug. 21, 1954.

Bill was previously employed at the Venango Training and Development Center in Seneca and attended the Tionesta Church of God Church. He was also a member of the Forest County Social Rehabilitation Group and Forest County MR Group. Bill lived out the last several years of his life with Hickory Creek Home Care where he touched the hearts of the staff and clients alike. Bill was gentle soul who welcomed everyone with an open heart and genuine smile.

Bill is survived by his sisters, Debbie, Tammy and Susan and brothers Richard, Michael and Jason.

Friends and family will be received at the Dickson Family Funeral Home, INC., 123 S.Franklin St. Cochranton on Friday, March 1, 2024 from noon until 2 PM when a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted.

Interment will be in Lupher Chapel Cemetery.
