Betty Ann Cook
Betty Ann Cook, 82, of Warren, PA, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025, after battling chronic heart issues for years. Betty was born December 28, 1942, in Warren, the daughter of the late Lindsey and Adda (Fox) McClain.
Betty was always happiest when she was surrounded by children, whether it was her own children, grandchildren, or children she was caring for in her home. Everyone loved going over to “Aunt Betty’s house.” There was never a dull moment when you were at her house. Betty was known for her kind heart, smile, and that she had a beautiful soul. She did not drive but if she heard you were going somewhere, she would be the first one in the car. Betty will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, Aunt, Best baby sister, and friend to all.
Betty is survived by two children, Jeffrey Miller and Christina Miller, both of Warren; three grandchildren, Zachary Miller, Porche Miller, Blair Phillips, and Emille Miller; brother, Robert McClain; sister, Mary Straight; special nephew, Tanner Robeson.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by first husband, Theodore “Buck” Miller; second husband, John Cook; and siblings, Laura Bunting, Larry McClain, Patricia Markey, and Dorothy Zimmerman.
A Celebration of Life service will be held and announced at a later date.
