Gary Brooks Ettinger
Gary Brooks Ettinger, 88, of Sun City, Arizona and formerly of Warren, Pa., died January 7, 2025 after a brief illness.
Gary was born in Warren, Pa. on April 28, 1936, to Louis B. Ettinger and Ann R. Dodson Ettinger. He was married to Gayle A. Carlson Ettinger (deceased) in June 1957. They moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1978 and lived there until 1989 when they moved to Blue Bell, Pa., where they lived until 1998, when they moved to Arizona.
Gary was a 1954 graduate of Warren Area High School and a 1959 graduate of Gannon College, Erie, Pa. He retired from GTE Sylvania in Warren and Semi-Alloys in Mt. Vernon, NY.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gayle A. Carlson Ettinger on October 5, 2012.
He is survived by his daughters, Lou Ann Ettinger Johnstone of Freeland, Wa. and Lynn Ettinger Allen of LIvermore, Ca. and 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
