Claudia Ann Bunce

She was a beautiful and amazingly strong mother. Every obstacle life threw her way she turned into a journey and she knew how to make every step of her journey fun.

The mother of two, she often joked she was the mother of ten. She invited everyone into her home with open arms and loved so many lives that she came across. She loved to swim and to spend her time at the beach with her toes in the sand. She showed her family the world, one beach at a time.

Claudia was preceded in death by her father, Garry Bunce, her mother, Gizella Bunce and her beautiful daughter, Ashley Mead. We rest assured she has her daughter in her arms once again.

Claudia will be missed by many and is survived by her daughter, Kacie (Jamie) Mead-Crick and the love of her life, or in her words, “the love she never knew she needed”, Douglas Craday and his children, Meagan (Josh) Howard, Kayce Craday and Shane Craday. She also had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren, Daisy Mead, Levi Burlingame, Joshua, Peyton and Jax Howard. She touched the lives of many more, too many to list.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the Chandlers Valley United Methodist Church, 9215 Jackson Run Rd, Chandlers Valley, PA 16312, from 10am-12pm at which time a funeral service will be held there with the pastor, Rev. Regina Heckman and a previous pastor, Rev. Ethan Shearer, officiating.

Emorial donations may be made to the family to help defray medical costs.
