Cindy Louise Guthrie

Cindy was born May 20, 1968, in Warren, the daughter of the late James L. and Jane L. (Zurcher) Guthrie, and was baptized in the Lutheran faith. She was a 1986 graduate of Warren Area High School and was previously employed at Blair Corporation and most recently at United Refining Company in the Retail Security Department.

Cindy was a member of the Eagle’s Club. She loved anything involving the outdoors, camping, boating, kayaking, ATV riding, and snowmobiling. She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and her fur babies, dog, Febe, and cats, Barney and Nia.

Cindy is survived by her 40 year life companion, Michael “Mel” Cameron; sisters, Kimberly Stewart and husband Jason of Warren, Tammy Case and husband Chris of Wilmington, NC, and Charmane Winslow of Warren; brothers, James L. Guthrie Jr. and wife Holly of Lorris, SC, and Johnny Guthrie and wife Helen of Warren; sister-in-law, Ronna Riffle and husband Chris of Pittsburgh; brother-in-law, Blaine Cameron and wife Sharon of Doylestown, PA; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her aunt, Jeanette Zurcher; and brother- in-law, Troy Winslow.

A Memorial service is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
