Clifford A. Howard

Cliff was born December 10, 1942, in Bradford, PA, the son of the late Albert and Erma (Hardy) Howard. He attended Warren High School where he met his childhood sweetheart, Judith, married in 1959, celebrating almost 62 years of marriage. They lived in many homes throughout Russell and Warren. He was employed at New Process in the IT department for over 48 years from which he retired. After retiring, he worked part-time at Walmart, enjoying helping people. He will long be remembered for his love of family and friends, his beautiful lawncare, and his dedication to work, made the perfect peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and gave the best hugs.

Cliff is survived by his three children, Christopher of OH, Heather, and Kim of Warren; ten grandchildren, Amber, Donald, Tevin, Ashlyn, Brittany, Taylor, Sydney, Elizabeth, Conner, Cole; brother, David Johnson of Warren; sister-in-law, Nancy Peavey of MA; nieces and nephews, David, Robin, John, Jennifer, Lisa, and Matthew; and companion, Pearl.

In addition to his parents, Cliff was preceded in death on March 10, 2021, by his wife, Judith Ann Taylor Howard.

Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc, 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA, on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, and for one hour prior to a funeral service that will be held there at 11:00am on Saturday, March 29, 2025, with Reverend Dale Haight, officiating.

Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
