Erik Sorensen of Warren, a member of Cable Hollow Golf Course, scored his first hole-in-one while golfing with his brother and friend Thursday, Aug. 8. He scored the ace on the new hole, No. 13 which is nicknamed ‘The Nook’, a par-3 tucked back into the woods. “This has been my new favorite hole since it was opened this spring,” said Sorensen. “I hit my 56-degree. The ball landed just in front of the hole and spun back.”
