Warren’s girls soccer team scored all of its goals in the first half of a 10-0 Region 6 win over visiting Oil City on Thursday at War Memorial Field.

“Recognizing Senior Night, Lady Dragon senior Charlotte Keeports scored two goals and fellow senior Madison Jones added an assist,” said Warren coach Mark Ordiway, whose Dragons are now 8-6 overall and 4-1 in region. “Senior Ella Getner, out for the season with a knee injury, was honored with a ceremonial pregame kickoff involving our three seniors. It was nice to get Ella involved and see her on the field one last time. She has been there for the team all season, acting as our scorekeeper and bench coach. Ella is such a positive figure and role model for our younger girls. I wish she could have been on the field for us this year.”

Meea Irwin scored four goals and added three assists to help Warren to the win. Leyna Irwin added three goals, and Lani Wenzel one. Leyna Irwin, Kaylee Cyphert, Lilly Stanley, and Wenzel added assists. Bella Campbell was the shutout goalie.
