SHINGLEHOUSE — Four Sheffield pins highlighted the Wolverines’ 42-16 wrestling win on Tuesday at Oswayo Valley.

“Overall the kids wrestled well,” said Sheffield coach Tom Holden, whose Wolverines are 3-6 overall and 2-1 in league. “Hayden (Holden), Alex (Marfink), Zach (Barnes) all got expected wins, and everyone wrestled with heart.”

In addition to three forfeit wins, Holden, Marfink, Barnes and James Wagner secured pins — Wagner’s coming in the third period, and the six-point victories were too much to overcome for Oswayo Valley (1-6, 1-1).
