American Legion tryouts

Post 135 Junior American Legion baseball tryouts will be held on at 5 p.m. Sunday Legion Field, located at the end of Plummer Street in North Warren.

Parents are asked to bring a copy of their child’s birth certificate or American Legion ID card from previous years play. Parents and players will need to fill out two forms prior to the tryout — a player agreement and a dual enrollment form — so make yourself available for a few minutes to complete this paperwork before leaving during the tryout.

A makeup tryout will be scheduled at noon May 4 if needed. Contact Nick Bryan 873-6699 if you need to make these arrangements. If you can’t make the tryout, call or text with the child’s information.

To be eligible, all players must turn 13 in the year 2025. No player may turn 18 in the year 2025 to be eligible for the 2025 Jr. American Legion Baseball season. The tryouts are pen to Warren County and Jamestown/Lakewood, New York-area youngsters. Call 814-873-6699 with any questions.
